We, Mick, daughter Lyn, son Michael, mother Maureen, dad Terry and her sisters would like to thank the Ambulance Service, the Doctors and Nurses at Anitree Hospital and everybody too many to mention for their concern, condolences and attendance at JACKIE'S Funeral. She might have gone but she will never be forgotten. We know she was loved by everybody she met. Our thanks to all JACKIE'S Family.
